Disaster Preparedness

How well are we prepared for any disaster? I feel that we are very casual about it. The risk rate is increasing day by day. No one seems to be serious about it.

    The problem is that no body is taking the responsibility to make aware the members of the society, the case is like that who bell the cat.!!
